Before & After Pics

I just wanted to share these pics, I'm not proud of the first pic, the only one that I can to say is what that happen after lay off gym for one year, eating any chit, I'm 6 feet, I was a fat bastard of 236 lbs. and the second pic after 5 1/2 months I am 272 lbs. ( I know I need to shave myself, I look like a gorilla)

Good Job

You trimmed up nice but give yoursef some time back and with some hard work you should come back fine. ( take a long cycle ). Man, you are a hairy guy. Shaving is going to be rough, You get the front and your girlfriend can get the back. Send some more pics in 4-6 weeks on improvements. Good luck!

we are happy that you shared these pics - you have improved a lot-back looks a lot better delts look good waist got smaller and gained some good muscle - of course there is a lot of room for improving for you but you keep consistent and you will perfect the body- aside from that I am hairy as hell too, but its part of life and just consider that your test is really high naturally I guess which makes it good-always look for the bright side on being hairy

Hi Jethro, I would like to reach 300lbs on this way and then I would prep for a contest next year, that's my goal

good progress aris- but there are things you may want to work on- it looks to me that you are dense and thick especially the legs and calves- but I feel that your bodyfat should be lower for offseason- if you get down to 8-10% bf i think your physique would look a lot better and you can gain slower but better instead of getting up to 300lbs- just my opinion and should be considered because with that thickiness i think you would look great lean-
