So ... if anyone who is trying to get bigger and stronger I suggest you read everything you can from Dante (Doggcrapp) or contact him and maybe he'll work with you. I cant say enough good things about DC training and I could never go back to anything else. Im far from done.... just starting to grow again actually. Good luck to all...Travis
