what kind of diet and training protocol are you following.??
i know i sound like a broken record with this advice but here it is.
Invest in hiring a coach , they generally will do more than just prep you for shows , it is an investment in letting them help you get your diet and training figured out for whats right for you.
there is a HUGE wealth of knowledge here on this board and plenty guys willing to help point you in the right direction , don't hesitate to ask for help but before you make a thread on something use the search function so you don't get bitched at for asking something that has been asked 200 times.
You have a great base to build from , you're already lean so the key is adding lean mass.
