Look good low body fat you seem to have decent genetics. If I can give you one piece of advice it would be put 100% of your efforts into your diet if you have a handle on that you can do whatever you want pretty much with your physique.

Yeah...its genetics...i have been lean all my life. Its difficult for me to gain muscle mass. I will try with diet too. As far i know, i should eat lots of proteins, and no carbohydrates at night.

I will try find some pic of before...but my body hasnt change a lot.

My stats, 6'0tall 160lbs 14biceps 43pec 24legs 15calf 30 waist

My goals, now to increase muscle mass, i think i have a good definition for beggining.

what kind of diet and training protocol are you following.??

i know i sound like a broken record with this advice but here it is.
Invest in hiring a coach , they generally will do more than just prep you for shows , it is an investment in letting them help you get your diet and training figured out for whats right for you.

there is a HUGE wealth of knowledge here on this board and plenty guys willing to help point you in the right direction , don't hesitate to ask for help but before you make a thread on something use the search function so you don't get bitched at for asking something that has been asked 200 times.

You have a great base to build from , you're already lean so the key is adding lean mass.
