Beginner Cycle advice

Hi guys I have posted a few times on this forum, but am still very new. I have researched and believe I am ready for my first cycle.

Male 22 yrs old
Height 5ft 5in
BW 175
BF 9%

Goal get BW up to 180-185
Keep BF the same

I want to run test e and use exemstane (also known as aromasin) for PCT

Start PCT on Week one. 25mg ED
Week 1-2 Test E 250mg
Week 3-10 Test E 500mg
Week 11-12 Test E 250mg
Stop test after 12 weeks continue PCT till week 14

The questions I have are one I am paranoid about gynecomastia sides so I want to run PCT Ed but should I do EOD?
Also should I run my PCT till week 14 and stop? or stop when I stop test in week 12?

Any advice is very appreciated, I am looking to start Monday 5/5/2014

Stop your PCT when you stop your Test? You're not even supposed to start PCT til 2 or 3 weeks after your last shot of Test. Why only 250mg for the first 2 weeks and the last 2 weeks? You didn't even mention what your PCT is yet either. Sounds like you have no idea of what you're doing at all. Try going back and do a whole lot more reading before injecting anything in your body.

The advice that I would have is dont do any cycle
until you learn some of these basic terms, compounds and what they are for and when they may be beneficial
But you came to the right place

That's not a terrible first cycle. If you're gonna do an old school pyramid like that you can even hit 750mg for one or two weeks in the middle. But if you're seeing results at 500, and you will, then you don't need to go that high your first run.

As far as gyno, most people I know wouldn't need to run an anti estrogen for that type of cycle. If it were me, I'd have it on hand, just in case. Gyno won't pop up like one day you've got a tit. If a nipple gets really sensitive or starts to hurt, go ahead and start using an AE.

Other wise, pct is just that, Post Cycle. A week or two after your last shot start running an anti estrogen and I'd mix in either Clomid or hcg. At your age and with that light of a dose, it shouldn't take much to get your natural levels back to where they were.

Yr 22 175; a little will do ya alot so go slow
start at the 250 u stated
see how that goes and if ness kick it up week 3 ,4,5,6 50 at a time or so
that may b all you need 350 p/w cycle for 12 weeks is a fine starter cycle
done correctly you will be surprised and very happy with results

Exe you prob will not even need keep some on hand if e-2 gets up there
a small dose 12.5 eod should cover ya easily if needed

if your gona run a pct get it in line and have it ready
mayb nolva and clomid 14-20 days after last pin start that and run it 4 weeks

if not tuff it out and yr good
