Beginner cycle research

I'm contemplating my first cycle. I want something simple and somewhat mild. I've looked around the net and this is what I've come up with. Suggestions are welcome. I'm here to learn.

Weeks 1-10: Test E at 500mg weekly
Weeks 11-14: Clomid at 50mg/day

Verrryyyyy simple cycle.

Background: I'm 31 and have been training since my late teens. Currently at ~187 at ~15% body fat (tiny frame). Over the last couple of years, I have tried PH's and have made good gains but I want to step things up.

I think thats fine for a first cycle. Maybe extend it to 12 weeks long.

i'd highly recommend waiting 2 weeks before starting your pct and i'm a big fan of using nolva and clomid at the same time. i use clomid for 4 weeks and novla for 6. seems to work very well.

So after digging around a little bit, here's my latest rendition:

Weeks 1-10 (or 12): Test E @ 250mg bi-weekly, HCG 500iu bi-weekly, Arimidex 0.5mg daily OR Aromasin 10mg daily.

PCT: 4 weeks of Clomid @ 50mg/day

I'm also thinking about taking antibiotics to mitigate possible increase in acne.

Any thoughts?

I've seen people advocating for a two week break between the end of the cycle and PCT. Do you know why this is beneficial?

For clomid/nolva I like to use either/or. Clomid seems to work the best for me.

I think the theory is this:
Enanthate is a long ester, so the exogenous test continues to circulate after your last injection. You can only hope to restore natural test function when you no longer have exogenous test in your blood stream suppressing HPTA.

Ok makes sense. So the theory basically takes the half life and bioavailability of Test E into consideration. Thanks.
