It's progression in the gym and at the dinner table that'll do it. Drugs help, but you can't accelerate muscle growth that much. You'll only build so much at a time, and 25 lbs of stage weight a year is A LOT, that would transform anyone.

As tenny said before. Don't worry about the numbers. I've seen many guys lose ten pounds and they looked like they gained 25 lbs of muscle. It's aesthetics- Keep up the progress. Pics will show what you accomplished - not the scale.
