Hello
I wonder how you guys do your training schedule.
How much running and how much gym?
Do you train like the BB or do you chins dips with weights, do you?
I need to know in general how you train?

Well bro, diff. things tend to work for diff. people. Not to mention that your workout regimen, lifting schedule, diet, etc... rely heavily on your personal goals. Do a little research depending on what you want to get out of your lifting or lack there of. Best of luck though!
