beginning igf lr3 igf des and mgf cycle, feedback on plan?

Im relatively new to all this got a stash of aas but being rather young and thinking i got some improving to do before im ready for them i decided to experiment with some peps. Really trying to focus on adding size to my biceps and triceps now if that means anything.

Got igf lr3 and des and mgf

heres my plan

morning 50 mcg of igf lr3
pre workout 50mcg igf des in bi laterally the muscle worked
post workout 100 mcg of mgf bi laterally in the muscle worked

just looking for any feedback really or opinions

and where should do the lr3? I was reading the muscle group you worked the day before? does it really matter where you put the lr3?

I would bump up the MGF to 200 imo and I am currently injecting LR3 in the muslce groups worked that day and having really awesome pumps.
 
Not a bad plan. I do prefer research experiments with higher MGF doses PWO, but other than that it looks acceptable. LR3 could go 2 hours PWO.

Ok I will bump the mgf dose up. OK 2 hours post workout with the lr3. what about splitting it up doing 25 in the morning n 25 2 hour post workout.
Or i am just splitting hairs here now? haha
 
Just choose one or the other :)

sounds good. However if you haven't tried lr3 right after workout then try that also and see what you would like better. And Beast is right just do one or another...imo 25mcg might be a little low so that's why.
 
Ok ill try that, today was the first day did 50 mcg des in each tricep 100 mcg total, 15 min before workout, experienced absolutely nothing in terms of pump but a slight burn upon administering though. after workout 100 mcg mgf in each tricep.

100 mcg of des did nothing, are you going to increase ?

I had to keep increasing until I found what worked.

Just dont start doubling off the hop.
 
I think i will go to 75 each bicep preworkout des.

Just did the 2 hour post workout lr3 did 50 mg each tricep, instantly after had a wierd feeling like as if i worked triceps wayyy to hard and they started to cramp up if anyone knows what im talking about.For first few minutes couldnt really flex the tricep without cramping but its going away now about 5 minutes after
 
the reason they use LR3 the day after, is because they say it inhibits the MGF production. you are using mgf anyways so no worries. just use des pre and mgf post on workout days and LR3 the day after in the morning

i am no expert in peptides, just trying to help

ok thanks for all the help guys, Triceps were super sore and still are a few days later, Havent ever had my triceps be this sore its a muscle soreness kinda wierd i thought the igf and mgf would help them heal. Gonna do biceps tomorrow and see if the same thing happens. reason for the few day break in training was a sudden case of a extreme sore throat and fever that came on before the start of this.
