Im relatively new to all this got a stash of aas but being rather young and thinking i got some improving to do before im ready for them i decided to experiment with some peps. Really trying to focus on adding size to my biceps and triceps now if that means anything.
Got igf lr3 and des and mgf
heres my plan
morning 50 mcg of igf lr3
pre workout 50mcg igf des in bi laterally the muscle worked
post workout 100 mcg of mgf bi laterally in the muscle worked
just looking for any feedback really or opinions
and where should do the lr3? I was reading the muscle group you worked the day before? does it really matter where you put the lr3?
