I thought I would try to start a relevant discussion that can help some people reach their goals. I am looking for the best versatile training belt. I don't need a 13mm -4" badass leather belt. I am looking for a good support belt with some hooks so that I may do some dips and maybe some light squats. I like that squat belt from Spud. I could do some things with this but it's not going to give me the support I need when doing other exercises. Is there a nylon belt/company that provides support and is versatile?

You arent going to find a suitable belt to wear during training and do dips.

I have a 10mm lever belt from gym reapers. I love it.
