Anyone can suggest a good electrolyte supplement?
 
I checked a few online stores this morning and all of them are out of Glycofuse.

There must be a reason...maybe they are out of stock at the warehouse between runs....but I have heard it may be being reformulated. Who knows what exactly is going on with Gaspari these days?
 
I know Ben recommends taking Choline Or DMAE preworkout; does anybody know which one it was? And how much you should take.
 
Two things to say here. I scanned the article so if this was covered then I apologize.

Carbs in the building of muscle is best utilized on where your metabolizing is currently, during your bulk, and what drugs you are using. Some guys have their body trained to need huge amounts of carbs and some guys have trained their bodies to be more efficient in the use of their energy supply. Eating too much when your metabolize is in the wrong place will just get you sloppy while bulking. You have to train your metabolism to do what you want.

I watch a number of Ben's YouTube videos and can't say he has ever looked 300lbs. Not saying he doesn't get there. I don't know the guy. Just surprised to read that bit.
