I am switching up training days so this week will be hap-hazard towards which days I lift.

Freezing in the garage today and just felt weak today.
Dl tomorrow, Militia bench Friday and squat on Sunday. Starting next week, bench day will be on Tuesday since benching the day after squats kills my elbows. Dl will move to Wed's, Militia bench still Fridays and squats stay on Sundays.
