as per title.. for some reason as of recently I have noticed left side fatigue faster than the right one.. 3rd or 4th rep .what would you guess could be the problem? something tendon or ligament(elbow) could it be related?
This happened to me when i was younger and first started to workout
I asked one of the older lifters at the gym how to fix it
He told me to jerk off with my left arm instead of my right
It has been fixed ever since
Something similar happened to me but my right side was fatiguing faster and becoming painful.
Purely anecdotal, but when I switched from doing dumbbell bench to barbell bench the fatigue issue gradually improved. Now my right side is actually stronger than my left.
My point is that changing up your routine might make the difference.
My son specializes in this field. Turn your head to one side and bench and then turn to the other and bench. If one turn evens you out then it may need adjustment (atlas).
Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic is a specialty within the chiropractic field. The Atlas Orthogonal system is a painless and safe spinal correction which restores body balance and reactivates the body's natural healing abilities.
That's a good sign. Can you pinpoint where the weakness originates from (i.e. chest, delt, tricep....or even elbow) also at what point in the movement does the weakness set in? from your chest to 50% of the movement until you reach the top? The last third for the movement before elbows almost lock?
Lastly,is there any numbness or tingling associated with the weakness?
