Damn bro, 3300 kcals burned at work alone 😱

Now I'm starting to understand why you need that many kcals to gain weight.

Protein at 300 grams already, the rest of my meals will be milk and friut

Your food choices are interesting 🤔
Trying to eat foods with highest protein source usually it’s white rice but so much stuffing left over from thanksgiving I’m using it in place, thank god this is all of the stuffing 😵‍💫
But the pasteurized liquid egg whites and whole chocolate and white milk is really my staple, a cup of the egg whites and 2 cups of milk each meal is what’s helping with the total nutrients and protein.

Dump the milk, replace it with whey isolate. I don't see how walking 7 miles even comes close to burning 3300 calories. I ate 7000 calories when I was close to 270. That is a lot of calories. I know some guys might think that is a lot for a 190 pound guy, but look at Michael Phelps. Unless you are burning off calories like him, it might be too much.

If you really want to grow and not get excessively fat, have your protein at 1 1/2 to 2 grams per pound of weight. Personally I grow at 1 1/2, but look very lean at 1 1/4 per pound, providing the rest of calories at at BMR.

I was put on testosterone therapy by my doc 200mg test Cyp a week… that gave me the courage to start my bodybuilding journey… in December 2018,right before pandemic started February 2019 I built a home gym in my garage, found a source and started with 300 mg test e / 300 mg Deca a week. I saw NO results, was way over weight ( basically a fat a**) so I dieted down to 170lbs then I was lean, very little muscles, found this incredible place ( ProfessionalMuscle) and started to read everything you guys were posting. I changed my Doses to 600mg Test E / 600mg Deca / 200mg Tren E. Did a 4 month cycle as my blast and cruising for 6 weeks the repeated it. 4 cycles I have dropped tren and just going with test and deca, jump start first 3 weeks with Dbol, couldn’t take more than 3 weeks it had my appetite shut down and I felt so bad, maybe my source, I have currently drop that source and am only using our sponsor now. Big difference big changes.

Thanks brother I’ll will try your recommendation, ironically I just purchased some whey isolates from ProfessionalMuscle , hopefully it’ll arrive soon
 
Careful running Deca/Tren together like that. Unless you have Caber or Prami on hand.

Congrats on the meeting your goals and smashing through them. It feels f’n great doesn’t it!!!

to put it on, last place to lose it. Keep that under check as once fat cells
develop they will only shrink, not go away. When you get older, you will
see what I mean, but by that time you might not care ;)
