i remember seeing a video in the early 90s that francis said he trianed every bodypart every day. does anyone remember that or have any of you tried it?
could be mistaken but pretty sure it was same bodypart 2x per day. he had a heavy compound workout then a second isolation workout or i believe he called it intensity workout.

Sounds about right, that's one of the favorite method of his former coach Rene Meme (who at one point was the France National champion in bodybuilding, powerlifting and olympic lifting).
