Keep posting them. I am at the house right now doing one arm rows. It's snowy and -8 below zero here...sucks my friend. Winter storm warnings, big drifts...I've got to do one arm rows supported with one hand on the bench because my lower back finally got enough shoveling!
I've never done them like that...but what the hell...deadlifts touch the floor and they are great back builders. I may just give them a try. Plus, I like that sound too.
