Berberine-anabolic??

So question is : as it has negative impact in bb sense for mtor what is your opinion on this supplement, seems like a double edge sword- it keep insulin sensitivity at decent level but on the other side - so what that i have good insulin sensitivity if mtor is affected…

When you're running AAS I doubt berberine has any significant impact on overall progress. Can't say I've noticed anything

I think it's effects on MTOR are about as detrimental as Metformin's effect on lowing IGF-1 levels or reasonable dose of T3 being catabolic.

It probably does on a minimal level that could easily be offset with a little L-leucine
