I haven’t used Berberine in sometime but had read where some guys claimed Berberine to be completely ineffective after 8 weeks of continuous use? I’ve never heard that before. Anyone else? If so, what might cause this?
Does micro-dosing berberine offer the same benefits as the popular diabetes drug Metformin? Read on to find out who wins the battle.

"Berberine is not a supplement you should buy on subscription as long term use could harm the liver.9 It’s better used in cycles of 6-8 weeks, with nice long break periods in between. "
Repeated administration of berberine (300 mg, t.i.d., p.o.) decreased CYP2D6, 2C9, and CYP3A4 activities. Drug-drug interactions should be considered when berberine is administered.

Is the study they make this hypothesis from.. I take it 500mg Morning Noon Evening daily non stop and my liver seems fine regardless of using gear/orals, but not much drinking. Cycle the orals or use pre workout. Very limitied alcohol intake (glass of red wine).
I know you have to be careful regarding where you get information from....I saw it from a podcast with Ameen and one of his guys. I'm def NOT a Ameen fan.
