best after pct only-for-gyne therapy

hi. I've finished my last cycle and pct months ago, but the gyne still growing up since them. The gyne has a soft tact (not hard). My question is if you can post the best anti-gyne therapy you've probed, doses etc... please, i'm very worried about it
