AI makes lots of mistakes. I do my own research on compounds and cycles in advance, have learnt a ton from forums just like this.
But I'll be honest, ChatGPT used to be a really good sense-check. It used to be able to give me a second opinion on my cycle, raise any flags in my labs, explain side effects and help me problem-solve how to mitigate them. It also did a good job with tracking and helping me adjust my cycle based on progress in real time.
Recently though, it looks like OpenAI has realized some folks were using it this way. They've added a lot of legal disclaimers and ChatGPT just plays dumb now when I ask it questions it used to be good at a few months ago.
What AI resources are you guys using to help run your cycles? Again, I'm not trusting a robot to design my hormonal state, but it's ability to run through so many permutations and spot patterns was valuable to me in an AAS context. What are good uses of AI that you've adopted into your programs?
Thanks.
