Best AI Chatbots to Use on Cycle?

ChatGBT works well for me but I've been speaking to it conversationally on gear since April. I haven't updated to the new version on my phone as I understand it is more hesitant to give drugs advice.

If you ask it questions about compounds, rather than get it to design cycles for you, you may get a better response.

This is a good point. How you use it matters. I haven’t personally asked for cycle advice but have asked it general questions about certain compounds or put lab test numbers into it to see what it would say or suggest.

I find ChatGPT and grok to be incredibly helpful

I don’t use them to write or try to create protocols, I think there would be a lot of errors if you tried to have it write you a contest prep diet or ped protocol

But it’s great at pulling and summarizing information. Before you’d have to Google something, maybe read 20 articles then summarize what you just read yourself ,

ChatGPT can combine probably 100s or 1000 pages of data points into a summary within 5-10 seconds. Like others said, you just have to learn to use it properly

I use to to research compounds and their general functions, the pros and cons, to summarize clinical data, sometimes for dosage recommendations—things like that.

Like here’s a semi decent prompt. Could always manipulate the prompt more based on what information you’re looking for, or ask follow up questions to do a larger deep dive, or drill into specifics

It’ll probably think for 30 seconds to a minute before it spits out information as it’s pulling from a lot of different resources

Create an advanced detailed summary of what top bodybuilding gyms like oxygen Dubai do with regards to diet, training, nutrition, recovery, anabolics and performance enhancing drugs, peptides, and anything else related to bodybuilding and creating Olympia level athletes

Include diet structures, macros, training volume, and any other useful information.

Make the summary very detailed and comprehensive”

New guy here, I have used ChatGPT but I would not rely on it solely. I have a lot of newbie questions. Rather than spamming the forum with lots of them, it’s pretty handy to simply ask your question and get an answer. From being experienced in something, I do understand that it gets frustrating to answer the same things over and over. But from being new on something, sometimes you just want some personalized verification or active collaboration.

I go to it for some guidance or education, but 100% must find actual verification from an experienced person.

i have uploaded books into it like dr scotts be your own bbing coach and other references and used gpt to help start building protocols and stuff based off all of that as well. its seriously a helpful tool if you utilize it well like you said, but if you know next to nothing about what your doing youll probably fuck it up as you wont catch errors to correct or ask the right sort of questions etc

If you know how to utilize the AI properly it's an exceptional tool. A calculator can do a lot more in the hands of a math genius than someone who only knows basic math. The person using the AI has to be able to discern the knowledge and use of it effectively but not overly dependent. If u input records of diet, training, supplements, etc the AI will remember and compare and dig up stats in a second. Only a fool would not use AI in this day and age. The ability for it to research in seconds is so valuable.

agree with this.

The real secret with AI and unlocking its full potential is learning how to input the correct prompts.

There’s free prompt engineering courses that are extremely valuable (many that I still need to do myself because this stuff will be a skill set that you can carry for decades) that really unlocks the full power of AI. These are going to become invaluable especially as AI continues to scale. Without the right prompts, you might be lucky to unlock 10% of the real power and capabilities of the program.

Most the people that say AI sucks just don’t know to to fully leverage it

AI will help you justify using high dose DNP in an off season if you prompt it with a bias. I would never suggest you follow it blindly and just use it for information and extrapolations

An example of how I do it.

Over time I've told it what I plan to run and at what stage and ask it to log this for me.

Ask a question such as:

"Can you explain the benefits of running T4 alongside HGH?"

*ChatGBT thinks, spits out the benefits and what the recommended dosages are*

Then asks "do you want me to add T4 at 50-100mcg to your current stack notes"

AI is a lot like GLP’s. Everyone can fight it, call it cheating, hate on it etc.

But it’s not going anywhere, it’s a tool that can make you sharper OR lazier.

At some point everyone will be using it. And if you don’t, then so be it, but you’re making your life harder.

Use these advancements for what they are, tools and you’ll be fine, and likely better for it.

I imagine when the flashlight came out stubborn men were also running around with candles fighting it too… 😂

AI is fine, prob is we have lawyers using it in court and loosing cases because AI quoted nonexisting cases, just heard about this today on my favorite youtube lawyer fella :D
The problem i see atm is people not understanding using AI and leaning on it as a crutch instead of reading shit an actually learn stuff, i can give you an example i see today in my country as a result of "advancements" when i was a kid, we couldnt use a calculator in school until grade 7 we had to learn how to calculate with our heads and pen and paper, today in my country most "kids" under 25 cant tell me what 10 times 10 is without takin out their phone.. its fuckin scary...

I've found AI to be exceptionally helpful, especially when inquiring about nuanced topics like specific drug AR transactivation and cross comparisons. I'm not sure I'd be able to parse all of that myself without hours to spare. It's not exceptionally detrimental if it gets it wrong, but it is helpful to know with a higher degree of confidence.
