AI is a lot like GLP’s. Everyone can fight it, call it cheating, hate on it etc.

It would be like a GLP if you had two vials in your fridge. One a GLP and the other Hexarelin. Then you grabbed a needle, closed your eyes and picked one.....expecting GLP and were shocked when ravenous afterwards...

i was very resistant to AI to start with. I use AI as the start of learning something, not the end result. If it brings up something i have not heard of, i double check it from reputable sources. I find it can be useful for opening up new info but it is not the final say. I am way to Orwellian for that.

Use a medical provider, clinical research, or anecdotal evidence combined with critical thinking.
Don’t use a f*cking chatbot to tell you what to inject into your body.

I’ve been blasting and cruising for over a decade and am still in good health, how in the world did I do it without chatGPT?

I am an advocate for AI and use it daily; currently, ai tools are not “AGI” and should not be used for direct guidance on this type of thing until such.

Can you use something like ChatGPT to teach you the mechanisms of a drug and how to implement it appropriately according to your goals? Yes.
Anything else at this point in the technologies development is ridiculous

Personally I’ve gone off my own experience and the combined knowledge of PM. I’ve never once used AI for AAS advice. It’s been mentioned already but you may benefit for Justin’s app. It’s not free though.

When I'm digging deep, I use this forum, my friends, pubmed, Google, and yes, ChatGPT and xAI. You can tailor exactly what places it looks. "No reddit. Only pubmed, and dedicated BBing boards. General consensus." Then fact check each step of the way. I use it almost entirely for diet and dietary supplements." But I also still use a pencil and notebook as well. It's just one more tool at your disposal. Just understand that it's just an internet search on steroids.

Today, the panty dropper cologne I've worn all my life is no longer in production. The AI found a company in Germany that uses the same formula per fragrance sites (hurdle 1). But they don't ship to the US because flammable (hurdle 2). Ai found a site in Austria which I registered on that the German site will ship to (hurdle 3). That site then emails me when it arrives and charges me to ship to US. ~$12-$20. I send them my US mailing address and 2 weeks later. Boom! Took 5 minutes! Ai did all of it. Had Ai not existed, I'd have had to settle for something inferior. Because I just would not have put forth the effort.

It actually does a pretty good job. Even said "as your dosages increase, your results will not scale and you will have xyz issues/side effects"

You've got to tell chatgpt that it's just a theoretical discussion and none of it is actual medical advice or something like that. It's pretty incredible at digging through studies (if you tell it to) and finding actual evidence based info instead of broscience. Although if you tell it to dig through anecdotal data it will do that too. In other words if it's giving you wrong info it's because you didn't form your question right.

I gave it my supplement stack and meds in a long excel sheet (I take a lot of shit), my bloodwork throughout time etc and had it analyze everything and give advice on what to optimize/change. Possible interactions, trends etc. It's great at dumbing complicated stuff down. I finally got my homocysteine down with its help.
