Best alternative to Nebivolol?

10mg/week. I split it into two 5mg shots. Yea I know its a high dose but I'm in the final gritty stages of a cut. I may try lowering the Reta dose and swap in some Tirz.
Wow 10mg of Reta? And tren in there as well. I see where the problem can most likely is coming from

I have a hard time believing the tren isn't making things even worse, even at 100mg. It's going to ramp up your autonomics far more than anything else you're taking (AAS-wise, can't speak for the mechanism of action for Reta).

A tiny dose of Nebivolol knocks me on my ass and pulls my HR down like 10 BPM or more...I know there are varying drug responses, but if your HR is still that high, holy shit.

Did your HR climb this high only recently, as you dipped into the really hard part of the diet? Usually it would decrease while dropping bodyfat, even with some of the chems in play, but when stress really rises during the last legs, it can creep back up.

But 95 isn't exactly a "creep."

10mg Reta holy shit 🙃 Maybe I'm naive, but that sounds like one of those doses only recommended or attempted by people on the internet. I've yet to hear a known bodybuilder say they were taking more than like 1-2mg.
You not the only one thinking that. I say the tren and the 10mg of Reta are the corporate.

10mg is high and the tren even at 100mg can’t be ruled out. Everyone is different like we all know. Some 100mg of tren may not do much health wise others be opposite

I agree. Tren is one of the anabolic along with MENT that profoundly increases my RHR. Test and Deca do not but tren certainly does.

Nebivolol does fuck all for Reta induced heart rate increases. Ivabradine will fix it if you insist on a constant battle of countering shitty sides with even more meds.

Someone with some actual functioning brain cells would just stop taking fucking Reta. I've done both and Reta doesn't do anything special that Tirzepatide doesn't do without all the heart rate fuckery. But people just gotta have the newest, shiniest shit. If you look at the clinical trials for both the weight loss difference is minimal and Tirz costs half of what Reta does. On paper Tirz is actually a little better for increasing insulin sensitivity.

What exactly do you tell a cardiologist to get checked? I feel like they wouldn't really do anything, hr is in range, bp in check, no symptoms, in shape. Insurance probably wouldn't cover imaging unless there was a reason. Unless of course you admit you take a bunch of PEDs.

Well Ivabradine didn’t really seem to do much for me either. Maybe down 3-5bpm at most when Reta raised it by 15bpm+.

While the trials for Reta are slightly better than Tirz, you’re right that it isn’t by a lot so if Tirz isn’t causing the heart rate issue the same way that Reta is, then it’s a good alternative.

If you have tried both, have you noticed less of a RHR increase with Tirz than Reta?

Reta gave me plus 10-20bpm. Sometimes even worse if taking a fat shot of GH before bed at the same time. It didn't take many nights of laying there listening to my heartbeat pounding in my ears at 95bpm before I said to hell with that. Switched to Tirz and never looked back same effect on weight loss, appetite and keeping my BG golden. Never got the Tirzomnia or fatigue some people experience either

How long did it take for RHR to go down after you stopped Reta? I am experimenting with switching to Tirz and it’s been exactly 3 weeks since my last Reta shot and it is still higher.

Would like to see a comparison post from you in the future.

Ivabradine keeps me in the low to mid 70's on 6mg reta and 5iu of HGH EOD. If I don't take it, I sit around 85-90. I thought anything under 100 is considered normal, high normal, but normal?

Technically. But it’s not great. Running a resting hr above 80 consistently is like running an engine above certain RPMs. You’re redlining your heart, putting stress on it, leading to potential problems in the future. My hr was elevated for several years when I first started gear/bodybuilding and it definitely contributed to some lvh.

Nowadays, I like to keep it under 70. Most times it runs under 60, but i’m now militant about it

Well thanks to all those that actually gave productive feedback. I did some reading up on why beta blockers may not work on decreasing HR on Reta. I will be dropping the Reta to 4mg/week and adding in 2.5mg Tirz. I'll report back in a couple weeks.

Genotropin contains mannitol and despite the tiny amount, always jacked my heart rate.
Mannitol is in alot of GH "recipes" but at a very miniscule amount its also in sugarfree gum and alot of other things, thats not whats jacking your heartrate its the gh.
