Best and most compreventive food allergy test to date?

Hey all looking for some suggestions on a compressive but accurate food allergy test. Growing up I have always slight bowel issues and I wish I could nail down what food or drink (i.e caffeine or coconut oil) trigger negative things. Would love your suggestions all!

A year back or so I had food allergy testing done twice with different labs. It was about a month in between tests and the results came back completely different with no dietary changes.

look into genova diagnostics' tests

very reputable, but you usually have to get an alternatie medicine doctor/holistic one

you can get a list from them of practitioners in your area who offer specific tests of theirs

Doing a true food elimination diet/process is best IMO.

Just not early as easy or fast as blood work or saliva testing.
