Best and worst AAS for insulin sensitivity

You should check out SGLT - 2 Inhibitors . They were shown to be more effective than metformin in most cases. I have seen many anecdotal reports via reddit where people are reporting lower A1C after switching. Cardio and kidney protective , as well. Only issue is that they're way more expensive

Also , add alpha lipoic acid 400-600mg a day
I will look into these. I know many years ago there was an r-ala that came out that was superior to the regular ALA Llyle McDonald used to talk about, is that still what we should use or is regular ALA fine?

Interesting here are some readings...

Last night 2 hours after a meal at 2am 83
This morning at 9am I took 2 got 103 and 93
Slept in until 11 (still fasted) got 117/105

Interesting it rises further away from eating.

Well I May have solved my own problem. I chew nicotine gum and just read that it makes blood sugar rise. Damn. Before I started using it I had searched Google and read nicotine itself had no harmful effects guess I was wrong.

The dawn phenomenon

In the early hours of the morning, hormones, including cortisol and growth hormone, signal the liver to boost the production of glucose, which provides energy that helps you wake up. This triggers beta cells in the pancreas to release insulin in order to keep blood glucose levels in check.

Another interesting thing I remember there used to be a vet on another board "Mr. X" who was diabetic, would test his blood sugar constantly. He claimed that certain brands of UG AAS would make his rise like crazy due to the carrier oil. He posted videos of some doctor saying that its actually not our excessive carb consumption that causes insulin resistance, but vegetable oils were the main cause, and certain carrier oils made his numbers go crazy. He said they were horrible for the diet and injecting them is a double no, but some were better than others. Just a random thought that came to my mind. But I haven't increased my total CC I take per week or brands of gear, so thats not a factor.

Damn I suspected this. My a1c went from 5 to 5.5 after I started using Zyn pouches
