I know HGH is not a cream but IMO, nothing ever came close to what HGH does for the smoothness of my skin. My face would seriously look younger, my skin texture much improved (likely due to collagen synthesis of HGH)

Anyhow, there is one thing HGH does very well and that's improving skin texture.

I'm in my mid 30s as well. I regularly get the "wow you look much younger" response when people find out my actual age.

This is what has worked for me and my brothers. Actually a few girls I've dated switched to the regimen after seeing the results.

1) At least twice daily: Watt's hyaluronic acid (the 100% pure kind. I didn't get similar results with their other serums). I haven't tried any other brand so I can't speak to those... I know Watt's is cheap and works for me.

2) Weekly mask for 15-20 min made from Aztec healing clay, activated charcoal, and macha green tea powder. (there's a ton of recipes on youtube)

*I do get a few units of Dysport every 6 months or so.

*Sunscreen is key and I quit tanning beds long ago.

I found this is cheap, easy, and effective. I can definitely tell a difference when I'm following the regimen vs when I'm not.
