Yea, I had never heard the take with Fat thing either. I happen to take it at breakfast which always has Milk and Flax oil or Eggs in it so I've been doing it without knowing. But I don't limit protein/carbs when I take it. Should I be?

no, just try to get 15g or 1/3 kcals (15g even if more than 1/3 but more than 15g if larger meal)

just exemestane. taking naringenin or grapefruit juice... any time within 12-24 hours prior will increase uptake as well (different mechanism) and will extend active life. Will with 17a orals (anything metabolised by cyp3a4)

this table can be quite helpful and you may find that somethings are working for you, others against (and thats just with cyp3a4 metabolized drugs).
