Phil Heath has been said to have the best arms in the entire world. His forearms, biceps, triceps, delts, they are all unreal.

All around .. Frank MnGrath .... I have never seen forearms like his .... On a side note I met hulk hogan on plan ride to Tampa somewhere in the early 90's in person his arms looked like the top of my legs it was insane .

Are you kidding me? Arnolds arms were almost as big as colemans and cutlers.. his legs lacked obviously but his arms still to today are hands down some of the best and most aesthetic. I believe 22s are still impressive today..
