What do you guys think is the best bang for your buck in terms of dosages of GH? I can't imagine that the gains come linearly, so at some point its not worth the extra iu's. Any thoughts?

Many variables can effect this...what else are you taking? How old are you? When you seek Gh mediated results...what are you looking to get out of this?

Could be as little as 1.5iu once a day up to 3iu twice a day at the most I would say. Personally for feeling good, recovery, staying lean I get the my dose/response curve peaks about 3-5iu. More seems like not much difference and just more sides if anything...less seems to just keep me the same. I see no reason to take less than 1.5iu a day but that would be youth therapy for someone 50+ honestly. Personally I won't do less than 2iu daily (taken in the morning).

I like Mexy's greens at around 5iu, 5days a week. I do 4 some days, 6 other days and when I miss a day I usually do 10 the next day.

For me?? Rips - 6iu/day. If I could afford to go higher I would. At 6iu's, seems I can eat whatever I want and still get lean. (eat what I want within reason anyway).

people were saying they were getting low blood sugar from the ip blues, not everyone though. i know some people liked them. if i'd pick one it would be ip yellows by far over ip blues. yellows are the real deal
