Agreed. I don't think he is the "best", but Damn, that trasformation reminds me of when Dorian Did it.

From left side, (Are the two with the hats on the barbarian brothers?) Tom Platz, Ken Waller, Andreas Cahling, Mohammad Makaway, Lou Ferrigno, both Mentzer brothers, I think that's Roger Callard with the moustache behind them in third row,,
