Best bluetooth home speaker/system? What's your home set up?

I have a large UE Boom bluetooth that is just OK. Don't want a big stereo system. Looking for a "portable" speaker(s) that has great sound. I have a open plan loft of about 2100sqft and would like to get a decent sound to listen to music...all kinds.
What's your home set up?

I use Sonos through my wifi and love it. I have the original sound bar in my living room, playbar in my bedroom, Play 5 in my office and the Play 1 on my balcony. Great sound for movies and the app is so easy connecting all the speakers and also plugs directly into your Spotify account for music.

Same. Love Sonos. Clean sound w solid bass but I got the large speakers (you will need these for 2,100 sq Ft). User friendly controls on my iPhone (and I’m a tech idiot); and super reliable. Never had an issue in the 2 years I had it.

10 years ago I bought a Logitech 5.1 surround system with subwoofer for my main TV and it sounds so excellent and balanced for what used to be one of the cheapest brands in the business, I'm using these until the woofers fall off. The other room is Klipsch sats on speaker stands w/sub (much more expensive but sound is just "meh"). The subwoofer doesn't have a separate volume control on the Klipsch so it's boomy. I like just enough bass to warm the sound like naturally. Not boomy. Boomy sounds cheap.

I have the jbl tube speaker in my gym. It shakes my entire house. I think it was around $400 at best buy

Panasonic RB-M300B over ear. I used Sony headphones for years but after this I'm sticking with Panasonic. Great sound quality and incredibly long battery life even with bass boost always on.
