Here would be my all time healthiest breakfast.........

1. 3 free range whole eggs cooked on LOW in coconut oil....2 pieces of ezekiel bread with pasture butter....2 cups greek natural yogurt plain with 6 TBS coconut LBA from Trueprotein, mixed in with handfull of walnuts and pieces of 100% cocoa dark chocolate and 1/2 apple cut up.....1/2 cup steamed broccoli on side.
 
Here is mine.........

99% fat free turkey breast - 8oz
red potato - 6oz
1 activia yougurt
1/2 cup strawberries
2 omega 3-6-9 caps

That is what I'm currently doing and I love it. I love walnuts by the way and I think everyone should have them in their diet at some point.
 
Sounded good Phil until you mentioned the Broccoli :( I think i'll sub some spinach!!! But thanks for the info!!!
 
i eat free range eggs daily. ezikel bread is amazing too
 
Fat-free Greek yogurt is the shit:cool:

I get a few tubs each week from Costco:D

Every morning

40 gm oats, 11 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 15 gm whey, 2 cups Starbuck's coffee

coco, cinnamon, mustard...look into all these miracle spices and so many others.....awesome for you...not to mention the taste factor.
 
one of my faves

1 cup cottage cheese, coco and cinnamon to spice, 3 eggs cooked in coconut oil, sliced banana, 3T LBAs, toss in a few walnuts, perhaps a pinch of fat/sugar free fruit jello...mix it all together and eat.
 
10 egg whites (international) mixed with green powder
1 cup oatmeal.

Every morning.
 
8 egg white ham chunks/tomato/onion omelet

1 cup plain oats w/raisens
1 peanut butter toast with honey drizzled on top
1/2 banana
2 cups sugar free Tang
1 Grande Caffe Mocha Soy milk no whipped cream add/ dbl shot of espresso :star-wars

Wait a min? I thought you didnt believe in any starches ;)

Im not very hungry in the mornings so what I like is a shake with
8oz raw milk
8oz liquid egg whites
2 banana's
3tbsp natty PB
25g choc microfiltered whey
2tbsp lba's chocolate
 
3 whole eggs cage free 7 eggwhites and a cup of oatmeal or some wheat bread with whole balance butter... shit is getting really lame i gotta try some of these meals that have been posted up. Good thread Phil!
 
Here's on of my current staples in the morning...
2 whole free range eggs, 10 whites.
Egg yolks put to side while scrambling the whites in pasture butter and cinnimon
Place on plate, put yolks on top along with 3 tbspn organic coconut flakes and a packet of stevia (or two).
Banana chopped and mixed in...

or
4 whole free range eggs fried in pasture butter w/ 4 oz beef liver.
2 tbspn salsa
1/2 cup quinoa
 
No raw milk for breakfast. I need to have mine with breakfast. Can I replace that for yogurt.

I dont do anything special really. A few whole eggs with ham or bacon and cheese mixed in with them, some whole wheat bread toasted with some stawberry jam (home made) Bowl of oatmeal with some raisins. Orangejuice or lemonaid to drink.

I probably been eating this every morning for the past 10-15 years inless I'm on a diet.
