Good machine. But as you go heavier, it gets a bit harder and puts you at a bad angle unless you use something like yoga blocks.I love the hammer plate loaded iso incline and decline press machines. For a long time these two and pec deck were my staples.
You mean the chest press machine? I've used it at the PF near me (which is actually a pretty decent PF) and it's quite usable as I get the sensation similar to a regular bench press except seated rather than prone. That Gymleco looks nice. Now don't laugh but I tried vertical BP at a planet fitness and I did get a good workout out of it.
Believe it or not I've been using it more myselfThe classic smith machine![]()
Same... Have one in my home gym. It got a bad rap (unfairly) by the Social-Media fools.Believe it or not I've been using it more myself![]()
You have any other pictures, besides posting this same one several times? Also, stop posting meaningless posts to get your post count up.I stick with the bench press. Incline flat and decline. View attachment 251846
Bro panatta is the Porsche of gym equipment?I'll have to take some pictures, but it's safe to say it's made by Panatta, the Porsche of gym equipment. Range of motion; fluidity of motion is next level on all their products imo. Even though it might not be theirs, a second option which really impressed me is a standing chest press machine because the position is much more in-line with football-esque power moves rather than laying down in a prone position.
I agree on this, it may look fancy but it's literally some of the worst kit I've ever used!Bro panatta is the Porsche of gym equipment?
Maybe since Porsche isn’t doing so well it is fitting![]()
this, I also love the decline hammer.Hammer Strength ISO Lateral Incline Chest Press. If you are looking cheaper, Matrix makes decent ones.
I can’t speak on those, never tried a chest press from them or that pulldown.Bet you never even super setted a Panatta super horizontal multi press x super lat pull down circular even one time.
This is a great machine (nautilus) for all things you mentioned. I would love to have one of my own.My favourite is either the nautilus nitro vertical chest press apart from the stack being too light, but it does have a small footprint and nothing a gym pin can't fix, or the original hammer strength flat press. Only thing with that is needing someone there to kick the blocks away/help get into it
