Hey brothers I guess my right bicep/forearm is really starting to aggravate me as far as its limiting effects on my whole workout routine and I am wanting to try out a cissus based product to try to get some type of relief in the area. After I hit my shoulders up in a bit I am going to go to a walk in clinic and get a cortisone shot along with some anti-inflammitory meds to address the situation asap. I will also be incorporating rehabilitation exercises/stretches upon the affected area as well as laying off of biceps all together just as I have been. Anyway long and short what cissus product is the best for joint tendon pain? I know there are different percentages 10% , 20% , 50% and supposedly the higher percentage is for a more anabolic response but what the real truth to this should I just go with the usp super cissus rx? primordial cissus? bulk powder?
