Whats the best compound or supplement you guys used for the best pump for your workout?
The type of pump that hurts to do another rep
And any other things that will give a good pump
i.e..
-preworkout carbs, type of carb, sugar, time before workout to consume
-how insulin affects the pump, high or low blood sugar during workout
-sodium/potassium/ minerals
-water intake
etc.
I've had great pumps in my back and legs before and always had trouble with my chest, arms and shoulders.
I just started working out again and the complete opposite happened
I am getting amazing pumps on my chest, arms and shoulders while my back and legs barely get one.
Current cycle
test 500mg/w
tren 200mg/w
eq 400mg/w
anadrol 75mg/day
clen 25mcg 3x a day (morning, pre, night)
gh 2iu before bed, 2iu morning
no insulin, no pre-workout (for some reason every time I take pre workout I get no pumps, currently either mr.hyde or mesomorph)
