To me those are the best cookies I have ever tasted in my life...so I thought I should share and spread the love
1 finger of unsalted butter, make sure its soft
2 eggs
½ cup brown sugar
Almost 1 cup sugar…don’t ask me what almost 1 cup means…LOL I took it as less than 1 and a bit more than ¾ ...exactly what my wife told me
Mix it till it becomes homogenous then add:
2 ½ cup of flower
Tea spoon vanilla
Tea spoon sodium bicarbonate
3 pinches of salt
Mix then add 1 cup of the nuts in the attached picture...LOL sorry dont know their name…and Hershey chocolate chip bag, I like to use the whole milk chocolate.
Bake in an oven at 180°C-350°F for 10 minutes.
