he cycles 2 months on 1 month off(they all do) he started at 360 hes at 280 now.

I started the same cycle and im dieting and training like a mofo and my results are way better, but i have to say for doing absolutely nothing he's getting amazing results...

wow, i was going to go with low dose deca @200 mg a week and test @ 300mg a week so i can keep my gains, while i still lose my flab gut on the cardio. and this isnt a good idea? i guess back to the drawing board. (anyone have any advice?)
