So true and so simple. Even a poorly conceived diet, if in deficit, will work (eventually)
if you are consistent and do not jump from one diet to another. Your brain, not diet
drugs, are the most powerful tools in your toolbox. People who skip this part of the
process lean next to nothing about their ‘true’ body and how it performs. . . my opinion.
Eat real food and above all keep accurate records for reference and be prepared to
suffer if you want superior results (which I never have).
