What's up guys? Was hoping to get some advice on the best dieting for cutting up. What should I alter and should I cut back on certain things or intake more on sunbathing. Thanks in advance

Not much to it other than eating less and moving more. Now how you do that is completely up to YOU.

I prefer to do an IF approach- eat my first meal at about noon, then every 2-3 hours until bed time. Some people can't stand this, so they should't do it.

The best diet is a sustainable one.

Why don't you try a complete food drink

Soylent for example, although there are many many others now

That way you don't need to stress about meals, just drink your drinks and it's all your macros and all your vitamins etc bang on

I'm going to try it

Being consistent, every day... having intake being at a deficit to activity. Its not complicated... small, clean meals each day, plenty of water and sleep. Move more

Try IF diet
I decided to give IF diet a try.. in 9 days I lost 7lbs, stomach tighter and leaner.
16/8 works for me. :)

Start there and adjust as needed

No carb diets totally suck for some people , not so much for others but they always seem to work for peeling fat off

So true and so simple. Even a poorly conceived diet, if in deficit, will work (eventually)
if you are consistent and do not jump from one diet to another. Your brain, not diet
drugs, are the most powerful tools in your toolbox. People who skip this part of the
process lean next to nothing about their ‘true’ body and how it performs. . . my opinion.
Eat real food and above all keep accurate records for reference and be prepared to
suffer if you want superior results (which I never have).

Ground turkey+mushrooms+onions
Egg whites+ laughing cow cheese slice
Blackened cod with seared asparagus
96/4 beef patties with rotel.....

Make your diet food tasty AF

I used to bake chicken 4 meals a
Day and hated life and would say fuck it and eat pizza for dinner.

Oh and a little halo top ice cream to keep you sane

Lower carbs and utilize around workouts only. Smaller more frequent meals. Leaner protein sources. More cardio.





Pretty much my approach during a cut.

What about over eating protein whilst starving yourself of anything remotely healthy and nearly killing yourself with grams of dnp?
