Best digesting carb source for shakes

The funky shit they sell in America I tell you. so much variety on all the things. supps so cheap its insane. bb friendly food restaurants, food options are crazy and you dont have to eat bland.

I sometimes feel i live in a third world country.

That's what I do with greek yoghurt. Then I will add berries or pieces of fresh pineapple/mango on top. It's one of my favourite snacks.

i used HBCD for 2 years, so expensive, but yes it was fantastic in terms of digestion and fast absorption.

Then i switched back to just eating a banana with my shake post workout

no. fucking. difference.

and it saved me $100 a month.

Exactly....plus I can put a half or 3/4 of a cup of it in a protein shake and it really doesn't thicken it that much. Goes down easy

I drink mine uncooked several times a day with no problems. I like the shake to be mixed like an hour in advance though so the rice flour can lose its grittiness

I was a huge vitargo guy for years, recently switched to the 2lb Gatorade cans I get a slight bloat feel for 5-10 min with the drink of 75carb 50 protein only difference is kts saving me over $100 lol
