Best drink or powder for electrolytes?

I use to get hamstring cramps pretty regular even drinking multiple Powerade and Gatorades throughout the day with tons of water. I dropped all electrolyte drinks and started mega multi mineral by Solaray with lots of water and I have not had a cramp since.

I just ordered these to give them a try because I get crazy cramps all over my body, Especially hams and calves, but also lats and chest.

I noticed it didn't seem to list electrolytes? I ordered some electrolyte liquid as well, but what I am missing? do trace minerals or multi minerals contain electrolytes? sorry if this is really stupid question.
