Best fast food for a bodybuilder

RBB beat me to the punch, but I was actually going to let everyone know that just about all of Chipotle's ingredients are organic or all natural. And for the record, McDonald's no longer has any stake in the company due to the negative influence they were.

Boston Market not sure about two weeks before a comp but where else can you get half a chicken and sweet pototoes in 5 min? Just peel the skin off the chicken and your healthy in my book.

I'd say Baja Fresh is the healthiest. I order the chicken fajitas when I go, substituting the rice for more black beans, plenty of protein and low glycemic carbs. Amazon Burrito was great too. I'm not sure if they're still around. You could get them with brown rice and whole wheat tortillas.

As far as my favorite fast food meal, I'd have to say two 4X4s, chocolate shake, and fries at In 'n Out....mmmm....food coma...

well I eat subway foot long with my son around once every 2 weeks, it is the only way I get him to eat fresh veggies, he likes choosing the salad and has just ham, pretty cool, I have already been flamed by his mom for him copying my strange eating habits, and I feel pretty good afterwards, i just load up everything with barbq sauce, bigtime.
