Best GDA Product

I know there're many GDA (Glucose Disposal Agent) products out there, but was wondering if anyone here has one that you particularly like. I'd like to get one that is solid and properly dosed if possible. I've tried different ones. I feel matador by project AD is decent. HumaSlin by Condemned Labs is ok too. There are so many, but sometimes it's hard to trust the companies.

Open to suggestions if anyone has any. Thanks

I rotate 600mg ALA (300 r-ala, 300 s-ala) with meals 1,3,5 and 1,200mg Ceylin cinnamon with meals 2,4,6

My postprandial is usually 75-85 at 2:30-2:45 after meals.

Thanks for sharing. Your postprandial is great. I've used both of these in the past too as well as others. They worked well. Currently looking for something more compact. I see some great formulations out there though I'm always skeptical about the legitimacy of the different supplement companies. Was hoping someone had tried one of these products and can make some recommendations.

Some seriously educated answers in this thread. Does anyone use Chromium? This was something that Broderick Chavez was big on when I interviewed him. He suggested combining Berberine and Chromium with meals. I've seen Berberine listed here but nothing on Chromium? Thoughts?

It is, but a lot cheaper than when I was buying all bottles of capsules & premade items. It saves me a lot now.

If I were to use a GDA, it would include some of the following: ALA, Berberine, biotin, cinnamon, and chromium poly. I just use metformin which isn’t a GDA.

I'm looking at several ones, but two that look decent (if, indeed, they are dosed as stated) are Freak Show by 5% nutrition and RGP by Redcon 1.

I like the ingredients too, but feel skeptical because a lot of these companies are all about making money and don't care about the consumers. We know this is true, at least in the past this was the case with Aaron Singerman.
