anyone have any opinions on Vegas? Gonna be there for a quick stop this weekend and I know its pretty bodybuilder friendly.

Powerhouse gym Detroit

I went to the Powerhouse in Centerline DetroitDawg many times. They called that one the home of Linda Murray. It was pretty hardcore in the late 80’s early 90’s. Also Lincoln Park Powerhouse. Met Ron Love there. What a nice guy to chat with. I miss the old days.

Ive heard of LVAC but i know there are several locations.

I've seen both Ron Love and Lenda Murray at the Powerhouse in Farmington hills.... early 1990's. What a great era of the sport!

Colliseum in queens NY is pretty good. Always see some good pros training there
I drive from Brooklyn to queens 5 times a week to train there but it’s worth it

I have one suggestion to go to The Lift Factory.

Lift factory is off Rainbow/Cheyenne which is near one of the LVACs which is off of Rainbow/Lake Mead. If you want to avoid crowds I say go with lift factory. Lvac is nice and I've been going there for years but it gets crowded. There are also plenty of EOS around too and Cutler trains at the one in Summerlin.

Not sure if mentioned but the best gym I have ever seen or been to is EXILE fitness in maryland. It's has everything you can think of plus more. WWE stars workout there when in town , many NFL players and Kevin lerone. It is welcoming and the owner John is a very nice guy who helps others. They have a supplement shop in the gym and a gym dog. I've met some of the most impressive physiques/powerlifters ever there. I travel over a hour every weekend just to workout there. Hardcore bodybuilding gym.

Its a great gym and less than an hour away is DMV Iron which is a masterpiece.
