So yea guys, simple question here and I know there’s thousands of brands who all claim to be the best.. Looking for some feedback from the bros though;
I do IF for the most part and I try to get as much high quality food as possible but could use a little boost as I haven’t used shakes in years... I used to use a whatever brand whey and throw some eggwhites in there but as I said, it’s been a while and I see so many labels with so many different ingredients and chemicals etc...
