Best home-made preworkout or intra workout drink mix?

So gents, what is the latest on efficacious ingredients we should be consuming prior or during our workouts?

I want to "create" my own drink to sip on before and during my lift, without stimulants.

I was thinking of something such as this;

karbolyn with flavour
creatine mono
taurine
beta alinine
citruline malate
pinch of salt


Any other suggestions or ideas would be welcome. Thanks boys
 
As stated above, 100% add essential amino acids. I generally train at 4am and load carbs with moderate protein about 1hr pre workout. The carbs paired with salt and a small amount of fats (plus my anabolics and hgh) provide a great pump and performance through the duration of my workout. Other then that I don’t do anything pre workout, except cialis and maybe a cup of coffee or small energy drink (8oz Red Bull). I find premade pre workouts to be excessive, and rather expensive.

I’d consume The citrulline and beta alanine almost entirely pre workout. The rest looks fine imho. Citrulline 8-10g and the beta id do 3.2-6.4g.
 
1/4 teaspoon salt chugged with a lot of water

5 mgs of Cialis

Pre workout Nap
 
Bcaas
Eaas
Glutamine
Protein isolate

^^ is what I use intra

Then before the workout I’ll consume quick acting carbs + l Citrulline + beta alinine + cialis
 
Here's mine.

35-50g Karbolyn
15g EEA's
10g Ribose
10g Glutamine
9g Beta alanine
9g Citrulline
5g Creatine mono
4g Taurine
1/2 tsp pink himalaya salt
1/2 tsp celtic salt
 
My PWO contains:

Himalayan Rock Salt
Potassium
Citrulline Malate 2:1
Beta-Alanine
Taurine
L-Tyrosine
Creatine hcl
Agmatine
Caffeine (sometimes)
DMAA (sometimes)
N Acetyl L Tyrosine

I just ordered some EAAs from Bulk Supplements after seeing it recommended numerous times here today.
 
Only thing I’d add to what others said is vegetable glycerin

I tried.......I tend to get a bit shaky during the workout.
Now I have a protein drink about 60-90 minutes prior.
I work out in the morning.
 
Why would you make your own pre workout when there is so many good preworkouts on the market ?

Start sipping on my way to the gym and finish about 2/3 the way through training

I don't use any stimulants type pre workout , if im dragging ass that day I'll take an ECY stack 30-40 min before training

Alongside what @juiceball44 said, you can actually dose the ingredients at a good amount and adjust the caffeine on a day to day basis as well. I can’t imagine how much I’ve saved over the years making my own.
 
Black Coffee and 10mg Cialis pre workout, and Gatorade Zero with EAAS Intra.
