I ask because that is super low calories even for a PSMF. Up the protein, you need enough for muscle repair and glucose (demand driven) if you need it.

Nope. Kind of a dumb comment from me. First we were talking about legal fat burners, then illegal ones, then ones that are kinda sorta pretty much fuck yes they're illegal, then things got a bit mumbled. I have no experience with clen, so can't say.

If your 200 lbs with decent amount of body fat then disregard what I wrote above.

In the past, I found Clen to be a very powerful fat loss drug. As mentioned previously, it's not legal to use in the United States but you probably already know that. My issue with Clen is it gave me the worst hand tremors.....almost as bad a Yohimbe. If I could tolerate it, I would use it again, but I just can't and won't mess with it. A lot of people worry about it messing with the heart, me included.

I'm able to use EC with no issues, but don't take it every single day. I still say it you can find it, Shreddabull is the shit. I actually took a Shreddabul and a Brokaid tablet and worked out like a champ.
