Best liver cleanse?

Whats everyone taking for there liver? I heard Liv 52 is great but theres a few different kinds so which one works best? Or is there something better? Thanks for your help.

I have never tried Synthergine, but the results speak for themselves. My liver values always come back good when having tests done and I haven't taken anything specifically for it in a long time, but I plan to put this in my arsenal.

I also just started taking Tudca. Even with values within range, I think both of these products are added insurance so I don't worry about it later.

I finally bought some Synthergine. Tastes like ass lol but manageable. I sometimes put it in caps then swallow. Just one little tip. After half a day the gel caps will turn to muah so don't leave it too long but I was able to throw them in my mouth and wash them down.

everytime i come off cycle or while i do my cycle i take samyr (ademetionina) for my liver and after my cycle legalon

Do you cycle that? If not how long have you been running that combo?
