Glutathione is amazing especially if you can get the injectable. So here’s the deal. I’d like to focus a bit on liver health to see if it can help reduce some of my ibs symptoms and possibly lead to an increase in appetite, aside from the other obvious benefits. That said, I suffer from bile acid reflux and an overproduction of bile. So tudca being a bile salt makes this a no go. It wouldnt do anything other than make me spend a lot of time on the toilet. What is everyone else’s go to? Is Nac gonna be my next best bet? I’m concerned about the possible side effects of diarrhea and nausea from the Nac. Anyone get this from it?
Agreed solid is and always has been the go to, powders are for emergencies and postworkout if i obliterate a big body part otherwise if im getting the 5-7 meals in with quality food especially venison and bison, the protein is already in my stomach and blood stream, unless you lift first thing on an empty stomach which if its an easy lift and your main lift is later cool, why anyone would dona major body part on an empty stomach is beyond me.No, please recommended away. These are all fine. Just consolidate when you can was my point. But research and try. I remember the days when I was taking 16 tabs and caps just in the morning. It might be good in some area but it definitely wasn't in intestinal health. I was on my way to, and people right now have stomach or digestive issues right here from all that. If one supp can do two or three jobs, I jump on it.
I believe in real food. Powders and pills are good to fill in the gaps but you need real food. It's expensive, I know. Who knew 30 years ago that real food would be expensive and supps cheap? A slap back on current marketing psychology? Find the foods that are in the shadowed corners of your supermarket. It's a good bet they're the best for you.
Basically it is peptides extracted from pig and cow glandulars. I believe the claim is it will restore the peptides lost when kidneys go under stress/damage which may repair them.

No way I can workout with an empty stomach. We were talking about AM cardio and everyone went straight to fasted cardio. I don't mean eating a steak and potatoes right before cardio but by 10 AM, I already have two meals in. I wake up hungry. Sometimes in the middle of the night. And I still love pancakes. You know you want some. I usually add some blueberries or strawberries. Eat a nice big stack and pump 10-15iu Novo R then I'm on the treadmill for 5 miles.Agreed solid is and always has been the go to, powders are for emergencies and postworkout if i obliterate a big body part otherwise if im getting the 5-7 meals in with quality food especially venison and bison, the protein is already in my stomach and blood stream, unless you lift first thing on an empty stomach which if its an easy lift and your main lift is later cool, why anyone would dona major body part on an empty stomach is beyond me.
