Me personally, and like a lot of us, have experimented over the years to see what works best for me. After getting out of my adult adolescence years with experimenting and testing out about every compound and high dose runs I was interested in. I grew up and realized more wasn't necessary better for my long-term goals of a healthy balanced lifestyle. So, I spent a year or two figuring out what my base only Test amount needed to be for what seemed to be a good balance for TRT Plus. Range went from 200 - 600mg/wk for extended periods to see what the lowest amount per week I needed to feel good without not needing to add anymore. I titrated down from 200mg to 100mg till I settled at 300mg as a base for my Test per week. I feel good without any level of feeling amped up. As a reference I feel extra good at 600mg without feeling like I'm on a cycle. But my goal was to find a base line and 300mg is it. As per a TRT/HRT regimen I run 300 year-round. But like most of us, I do sprinkle another compound on top of this. Most of the time it's been Mast at 200mg, switching up with some Primo at 200mg here and there, and low dose Deca most recently. Right now, it's my Test base and low dose Deca. As for the Mast and Primo I don't really need it in there at this time but starting soon for the winter months I will most likely throw one of the two in at different times, most likely Primo and save the Mast for next year coming into the summer months. So overall my total mg for the week is right in around the 450. Right now, I don't have a blast planned, but if I did one or two this winter it would be right around 1000 -1200mg/wk for anywhere from 8-12 wks depending on how I feel once I'm into it and how my body is responding. I'm not big on orals but I do have some Var on hand, so I'll see if it's something I want to add in say to finish out a blast, if I do one. I'm old enough now that I listen to myself and don't let the ego push me, those days are way past me at this point in life. For me this is low dose year-round runs, high dose for me is around 1g and over. My basic stats are 5'10" at 220lb. My BF is on the higher side at 17%, but my girl and I just started Reta so I'm hoping by the spring I can change up my body comp so I'm still around 220 but get the BF down to around 10% or so. Well see, I have around 6 months as a time frame to see what I can do before next summer comes around. As far as low dose cycles go, I strongly feel anyone dedicated to this lifestyle needs to experiment to see what works best for themselves. If this lifestyle is to be long term, then for your own best interest finding out what works best for you is the way to go, instead of following generic templates or guides. Get your bloodwork done and knowing how to read blood panels is essential as well.
