Best multi vitamin

All I’ve ever taken is animal paks. What others do y’all recommend that is comparable or better than animal paks?

Assuming you like expensive pee - I started using V‑Mineralyze from Species. I used to just take a B-complex vitamin with large doses of the B vitamins then when I started taking v-mineralyze I realized it had about 75% of the B complex dosage that was pretty good for a general purpose vitamin so i dropped the B complex and now only take v-mineralyze buy it during the 40% off sale makes it affordable. I remember palumbo stating to be effective a good vitamin needs way more than then average recommend daily dose. He hit that mark with the B vitamins I assume the rest of the pill is equally as potent.

If you have trouble with high hematocrit like I do, you don't want a multi with iron. Just taking the RDA amount of iron in a daily multi made my hematocrit go up faster.

Life Extension does make a great multi, so do a few other companies. I take Nature's Way Alive.....just once a day. There's been a lot of ppl saying it's a waste, but I disagree. You can't and won't get everything from food. Multis are just good to cover as much as possible.

Orange Triad is another one that's been around for a long time and is respected in the industry.

I reccomend
species nutrition v-mineralyze, has everything you need, no iron, proper dose of magnesium which isn't the cheap oxide version(so you won't need a ZMA), has boron and other trace minerals, selenium, chromium, etc.
It's all quality, and the only thing dave recommends adding is a bit more vitamin D

if you're on a budget, optimum nutrition Optimen has all the trace minerals you need as well, but you most likely will have to add some things in like ZMA and vitamin d/ k2, has no iron

There was an independent study done a few years back looking at the quality of multi-vitamins and their ingredients. The vast majority were absolute garbage.

From memory, Life Extension and Source Naturals were the best.
