As it has been mentioned, supplementing omega 6 and 9 is generally not needed as people get plenty of those usually. Especially omega 6 as to much can cause inflammation as well as some other things that I would rather avoid.

I generally don't take a multi-vitamin. However over the last few months I have been using Orange Triad + Greens. It's a powdered version of their multi-vitamin.

I would say that I am still searching for the "ultimate" multivitamin.

The problem is, most of them use shitty ingredients... even the beloved ones like "Orange Triad". Overall, that one is pretty good, but I wouldn't call it perfect.

For a quick example, some Orange Triad problems:
- Uses no-flush Niacin, instead of real Niacin... which offers none of the real cardio-protective benefits
- Uses Folic Acid, instead of Folate
- Uses non-ideal forms of the other B-vitamins
- Uses proprietary blends of long lists of herbs, which don't tell you how much of each are included.
